the samples where great
DON'T BUY DTF UV MACHINE FROM THIS COMPANY: We bought one for our Budapest office: It was dispatched late, it arrived late (awful communication with the seller) and then when we installed it it didn't work, it has been 3 weeks already. They tried to extort money from us by asking us to pay for replacement pieces to try to "make it work", we had no choice so we paid, of course it didn't fix the problem. Now they are asking us to pay to replace the motherboard, it's unacceptable. They are not testing machines and it's so poor quality that when it arrives it doesn't work, all the money is gone. I hope alibaba will take actions against this seller. I'm wondering if they are not doing it on purpose to make additionnal money by selling replacement parts knowing that it will not fix anything. We have all conversations with them available upone request. Contact us if you also have issues with your machine.
