stay away from this company nothing but headache. There tech support is horrible. haven’t had this printer for two weeks turn it on heard a loud boom the whole head is moving contact them about this and they said I can have someone come to New York I need to pay for airfare and 100.00 a day. stay away not worth the headaches

It was damaged on the oven's main Board. The electricity is 54A and they create it with one phase cable so you must have this amount of electricity in your store. When it will work i will come back to write more. Now waiting 1 more month until the mainboard arrives and their New Years Eve holidays to finish. The worst experience on buying machine i had ever have. And there is no Superior or Supervisor to talk for complains. Also the technician know few things about this machine. They ask other technicians from i don't know which factory. But you will not start your machine at the same day. They need more that a week to answer on basic questions.
